We prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients and aim to deliver excellent taste and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will review a return or replacement request under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • Incorrect order — you received a dish that was not on your receipt.
  • Damaged packaging or dish — for example, spilled sauce or deformed container.
  • Poor quality — signs of spoilage or issues making the dish unsuitable for consumption.

Timeframe

Please report the issue within 1 hour of receiving your order. A photo of the dish and packaging may be required for confirmation.

Return Methods

  • Refund: processed within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the order.
  • Replacement: if possible, we will promptly send a replacement dish at no extra cost.

Exclusions

  • Partially consumed dishes are not eligible for return.
  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., “too spicy” or “too salty”) are not valid reasons for return.
  • Customized or significantly modified dishes cannot be returned.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach a photo if possible.
  4. Wait for confirmation from our team.
